Reginald L. Todd, an Associate Professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, teaches graduate and undergraduate teacher education courses at Texas Southern University.  Todd completed his graduate degrees at the University of West Florida and his undergraduate degree at Florida A&M University. He has experience teaching mathematics on the middle, high, and collegiate levels.
