Teaching science using inquiry practices through hands-on learning experiences is the ideal pedagogical strategy. However, accessing resources may be difficult due to budgetary constraints. Online simulations offer an opportunity to bring experiential learning into the classroom. This session will explore how inquiry-based simulations can be used to engage learners in the classroom. Session attendees will participate in inquiry-based simulation activities and discuss ideas for modifying their biology, chemistry, physics, and earth science lessons to integrate simulations for optimal learning.
